标题: ORA-38854: cannot mark instance string (redo thread string) as disabled

ORA-38854: cannot mark instance string(redothread string) as disabled

Cause: The open resetlogs or standbyactivation operation failed because it needs

to mark an instance (redo thread) as disabled. Thatinstance was up, which

prevented it from being disabled.

Action: Shut down the specifiedinstance and retry this command.
