ORA-38906: insert into DML Error Loggingtable "string" failed

Cause: An error occurred whenattempting to log a DML Error on behalf of the

DML Error logging clause. This may be intended if atrigger is defined on the error

table (which in turn errors out in certain cases).

Action: Determine root cause of error(in error stack).
