ORA-14128: FOREIGNKEY constraint mismatch in ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE
PARTITION
Cause: The corresponding columns in the tables specified inthe ALTER TABLE
EXCHANGE PARTITION statement have different FOREIGN KEY constraints.
Action: Ensurethat the two tables do not have FOREIGN KEY constraints defined
on any column or disable all FOREIGN KEY constraints on both tables. Then retry
the operation.
