ORA-14053: illegal attemptto modify string in string statement
Cause: Certain attributes of objects (e.g. tables) may bespecified at creation time,
but may not be modified using ALTER statement. Unfortunately, user specified
one of such attributes.
Action: Ensurethat ALTER statement specifies new values only for attributes
which may be changed once an object has been created
