ORA-13479: cannotreproject Cause: Reprojection from source to destination projectionproduced a large
distortion. Action: Checkthe destination projection and make sure it is suitable for the area
covered by the source GeoRaster object. Check the GeoRaster documentation for
more information about reprojection.
