ORA-12230: TNS:SevereNetwork error occurred in making this connection
Cause: This error is reported by an interchange which failsto make contact with
the destination due to a physical network error while calling a destination.
Action: Tryagain later when the network service may have been fixed or report
the problem to your Network Administrator so that he may fix the problem.
