安装grid中执行Root.sh错误，ORA-29780

在安装gird的过程中，执行Root.sh脚本的时候，出现下面的错误rac01:~ # /u01/app/grid/oraInventory/orainstRoot.sh
Changing permissions of /u01/app/grid/oraInventory.
Adding read,write permissions for group.
Removing read,write,execute permissions for world.


Changing groupname of /u01/app/grid/oraInventory to oinstall.
The execution of the script is complete.


rac01:~ # /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/root.sh
Performing root user operation for Oracle 11g


The following environment variables are set as:
    ORACLE_OWNER= grid
    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid


Enter the full pathname of the local bin directory: [/usr/local/bin]:
The contents of "dbhome" have not changed. No need to overwrite.
The contents of "oraenv" have not changed. No need to overwrite.
The contents of "coraenv" have not changed. No need to overwrite.


Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by
Database Configuration Assistant when a database is created
Finished running generic part of root script.
Now product-specific root actions will be performed.
Using configuration parameter file: /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_params

Configuration of ASM ... failed
see asmca logs at /u01/app/grid/base/cfgtoollogs/asmca for details
Did not succssfully configure and start ASM at /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_lib.pm line 6912.
/u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/perl/lib -I/u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/crs/install /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl execution failed


这是因为$ORA_CRS_HOME变量必须和$ORACLE_HOME 保持一致,否则在使用asmca配置磁盘的时候 会认不到asm磁盘!

官方提示的信息是

ORA_CRS_HOME environment variable is set

It's highly recommended to unset ORA_CRS_HOME completely from user profile(root user, grid user and RAC database user) and shell environment, otherwise various errors will be encountered including the error above.

A wrongly set ORA_CRS_HOME to none active GI home will have worse impact.

解决办法有：
1.查看/etc/profile.d/ 下面是否有oracle.*的文件，有的话就全部删除。
2.或者root用户下查看一下 $ORACLE_HOME 和 $ORA_CRS_HOME  两个变量，有值的话unset一下$ORACLE_HOME 和 $ORA_CRS_HOME，然后重新执行这个脚本。
