ORA-26883: Timeout due to string Apply process

ORA-26883: Timeout due to string Apply process "string" while merge original
Capture process "string" and cloned Capture process "string".
Cause: When merging twoGoldenGate, XStream or Streams Capture processes,
the merge needs to wait untill the Apply process of the cloned Capture process
goes ahead of the slowest subscriber of the original Capture process. This wait
timed out.

Action: Make sure theGoldenGate, XStream or Streams Apply process still works
properly.
