ORA-26877: must reattach after an OCIXStreamOut call was interrupted Cause: An attempt was madeto execute another OCIXStreamOut API when an
earlier call was interrupted because the XStream outbound server was disabledor
the client requested cancellation of the operation.
Action: ExecuteOCIXStreamOutAttach call to reattach to the same XStream
outbound server.
