DBMS_AQADM.MIGRATE_QUEUE_TABLE procedure, but the user who
executed the procedure does not own the queue. Action: Reconnect as theowner of the queue table, and then execute the DBMS_
AQADM.MIGRATE_QUEUE_TABLE procedure.
