ORA-24011: cannot drop QUEUE, string should be stopped first Cause: The queue has notbeen stopped i.e. either enqueue or dequeue is still
enabled. Action: Stop the queue firstusing the STOP_QUEUE command and disable it
from both enqueueing and dequeueing.
