ORA-16822: newprimary database not yet ready for standby database reinstatement
Cause: The new primary database, as a result of a logicalstandby database
failover operation, had not fully completed the failover operation. An attemptto
reinstate a disabled standby database could not be completed until failover
completed on the new primary database.
Action: Waituntil the failover operation has completed on the new primary
database. Then retry the reinstate operation.
