ORA-16184: DB_UNIQUE_NAME string hashes to the same value as DB_UNIQUE_ NAME string Cause: The internal hashvalue generated for one DB_UNIQUE_NAME collided
with the hash value of another DB_UNIQUE_NAME. Action: Slightly modify oneof the DB_UNIQUE_NAMEs so it hashes to a
different value.
