ORA-13067: operatorrequires both parameters from the same topology
Cause: Both SDO_TOPO_GEOMETRY parameters did not come fromthe same
topology.

Action: Makesure both the parameters to the operator are from the same
topology. If this is not possible, consider using a signature of the operatorthat
does not use two SDO_TOPO_GEOMETRY parameters.
