ORA-13064:relationship information table has inconsistent data for feature table
[string]
Cause: The topology_id, tg_layer_id values stored in thefeature table did not
match the values stored in the topology relationship information table (xxx_
RELATION$).
Action: Makesure that the correct feature tables are specified in the call to register
the feature table with the topology.
