Background Process RECO Dies And Restart Every 4 Minutes With GIMT MGMTDB

现象：
Below errors every 4 minutes in MGMTDB alert log:

RECO started with pid=58, OS id=1939123

We get trace files every 4 minutes like for example "-MGMTDB_reco_1902002.trc":

原因：
Bug 34085373 - ORA 02088 ERROR TRACING STARTED AFTER 19.14 OCWRU PATCHING


处理方法：
Need to apply patch for BugDB:34367505.

Recreating the MGMTDB will not resolve the issue.
