EM13C Installation Fails at OMS Start with Error: WebTier Could Not Be Started

em13c 13.5 在oracle linux 8.8 上安装，在启动OMS时，会报这个错误：

<OMS_HOME>/ohs/bin/httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libclntshcore.so.12.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

原因正好是没有安装下面包所导致，按   Doc ID 2790890.1 步骤解决即可
glibc-devel*-i686

CHANGES


CAUSE
The required gcc-4.8.2-16 and glibc-devel-2.17-55-i686 packages are not installed.

The following file is missing:

<OMS_HOME>/lib/libclntshcore.so.12.1






SOLUTION
Work around:

1. Copy the missing file "libclntshcore.so.12.1"

From

<Agent_Base_Dir>/agent_<version>/instantclient/

To
==
<OMS_HOME>/lib>

2.  Stop running processes

<OMS_HOME>/bin/./emctl stop oms -all -force

If any of these processes are running, terminate them:

ps -ef | grep java
ps -ef | grep EMGC_OMS1
ps -ef | grep EMGC_ADMINSERVER

kill -9

3. Restart the OMS:

<OMS_HOME>/bin/./emctl start oms

Note: If the issue persists. then it is required to install the missing gcc and glibcpackages and restart the OMS.



If any functional or stability issues arise, it may be necessary to reinstall EM 13.5 once all required packages are in place.
