手动将scan ip从一个节点切换到另一个节点，可以使用下面的命令：
srvctl relocate scan
Relocates a specific SCAN VIP from its current hosting node to another node within the cluster.

Syntax and Options
Use the srvctl relocate scan command with the following syntax:

srvctl relocate scan -i ordinal_number [-n node_name]

如：
srvctl status scan
SCAN VIP scan1 已启用
SCAN VIP scan1 正在节点 rac1 上运行

srvctl status scan_listener
SCAN 监听程序 LISTENER_SCAN1 已启用
SCAN 监听程序 LISTENER_SCAN1 正在节点 rac1 上运行

srvctl relocate scan_listener -i 1 -n rac2

srvctl status scan_listener
SCAN 监听程序 LISTENER_SCAN1 已启用
SCAN 监听程序 LISTENER_SCAN1 正在节点 rac2 上运行

srvctl status scan
SCAN VIP scan1 已启用
SCAN VIP scan1 正在节点 rac2 上运行
