red hat linux 6.4下安装mysql5.6失败

在mysql官网上下载mysql5.6 针对 red hat linux 6的rpm版本后 在 red hat 6.4下安装报 conflicts with file from package，如下：

原因是：

     libs包冲突了，前面在安装linux时，就默认安装了mysql的部分包。

 

解决思路

     先移除冲突的libs包，再进行安装

     方法为：

     yum -y remove mysql-libs-5.1.52*       

 

     注：必须事先配置 yum,具体如何配置 yum，见论坛 linux板块。

A RANDOM PASSWORD HAS BEEN SET FOR THE MySQL root USER !
You will find that password in '/root/.mysql_secret'.

You must change that password on your first connect,
no other statement but 'SET PASSWORD' will be accepted.

Also, the account for the anonymous user has been removed.

In addition, you can run:

  /usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation

which will also give you the option of removing the test database.
This is strongly recommended for production servers.
