现象：

Not able to create Receipts from India Local iProcurement (GST)

Mail Error:

造成的原因：

FND Debug log captures below error:
Module : JAI.PLSQL.JAI_RCV_TAX_DET_PKG.synchronize_det_factor_int
Mesage_text: Error occurred in synchronize_det_factor_oi.ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

处理方法：

The issue observed due to objects re-linking issue. Please perform the below to resolve the issue.

1. Bounce the Database and Application tier
2. Compile the APPS schema using ADADMIN.
3. Re-check the issue.

If issue is still not resolved,
1) Restart the concurrent manager RCVOLTM

2) Re-check the issue.
