ORA-26725: cannot downgrade apply handlers
Cause: An attempt was madeto downgrade apply handlers that are not
associated with a local database object, or the apply handlers are associatedwith a
specific apply process.
Action: Drop the associatedapply handlers before attempting the downgrade.
