ORA-23633: Cannot turn off combined capture and apply mode inapply-state
checkpoint mode (value "string", string parameter string)
Cause: The capture wasrunning in apply-state checkpoint mode and had to run
in combined capture and apply mode also.
Action: Ensure that thiscapture runs in combined capture and apply by dropping
additional propagation or apply processes for the same queue.
