1、启动监听：
[oracle@sztech ~]$ lsnrctl start

TNS-01106: Listener using listener name LISTENER has already been started

2、这个问题基本2个原因导致 ：
1,  /etc/hosts 文件中的 ip和主机名不一致
2, listener.ora 中监听主机非当前主机.

3、查看 /etc/hosts 文件[root@sztech ~]# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
192.168.110.131 sztech


4、显示跟 IP不符
ens33: flags=4163 mtu 1500

5.修改 vi/ets/hosts, 重新启动监听正常
