启动监听lsnrctl start的时候，发现报错如下

发现是因为切换用户的时候使用su - 和su的区别

使用su的话不会一同将环境变量转换，所以报错中出现了Operation not permitted的错误。使用su -切换了用户后问题解决，能够开启监听。
