数据库启动报错ORA-03113，告警日志出现ORA-16038、ORA-19809、ORA-19815报警

问题描述：数据库启动报错ORA-03113，告警日志出现ORA-16038、ORA-19809、ORA-19815报警，如下所示：

数据库：oracle 11.2.0.464位

系统：centos 7.964位

SQL>startup

异常原因：

快速恢复区使用率达到100%.

处理过程：

将数据库启动到mount状态后，

1、  系统层面删除快速恢复区的归档日志.

2、  进入rman，crosscheckarchivelog all

3、  deleteexpired archivelog all

4、  altersystem set db_recovery_file_dest_size=25g;

此后成功开启数据库.
