ORA-15040: diskgroup is incomplete

备库恢复控制文件时报错：

查看了服务器磁盘组的状态，状态均为正常挂载
发现是oracle用户的$ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle权限问题，因为在备库中没有使用使用dbca创建过数据库，此文件的属主一般是oracle:oinstall
需要将文件属主修改为oracle.asmadmin
