SYMPTOMS

Following repeated message entries in the foreground traces when LOG_ARCHIVE_TRACE is not enabled.

CAUSE

This issue is caused by unpublished BUG 30973085 - EXCESSIVE TRACING - KRSV_PROC_ADD/REMOVE TRACES

SOLUTION

Bug 30973085 fixed in 21.1 and 19.10 DATABASE RU. Apply interim patch 30973085, if available for your platform and Oracle version.
