启动EM13 OMS服务

如果重启了OMS的服务器，那么系统启动好了以后，可能OMS的WEB Portal依旧不可用。
因为OMS的服务，开机并不自动启动。

这时候，你就需要手动操作了。

具体如下：
查看服务状态：

[oracle@em13 Middleware]$ ./bin/emctl status oms

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.

perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:

        LANGUAGE = (unset),

        LC_ALL = (unset),

        LANG = "en"

    are supported and installed on your system.

perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 2

WebTier is Up

Oracle Management Server is Down

JVMD Engine is Down

BI Publisher Server is Down

BI Publisher is disabled, to enable BI Publisher on this host, use the 'emctl config oms -enable_bip' command

启动OMS服务：

启动OMS服务之前必须要先启动数据库（Open状态），否则OMS服务将启动失败

[oracle@em13 Middleware]$ ./bin/emctl start oms

Oracle Management Server is not functioning because of the following reason:

Unexpected error occurred. Check error and log files.

Check the following log files:

EM log files: /u01/app/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emctl.log, emoms.trc, emoms_pbs.trc

JVMD Engine is Up

oms 服务是自动启动的吧,是em repo数据库没有自动启动吧 .
