ORA-08179:concurrency check failed Cause: Encountered data changed by an operation that occurredafter a specific
snapshot. This is usually used to indicate that a particular cached copy of a
datablock is stale. This is used for internal use for now. Action: refreshthe cached copy of the datablock and retry operation.
