libclntsh.so.19.1文件权限错误导致补丁失败

在19.3RAC使用RU升级到19.24时，出现报错：

查看日志发现文件权限有异常：
$ ll libclntsh.so.19.1

-r--r--r-- 1 oracle oinstall 79927312 Jan 25  2024 libclntsh.so.19.1


正常权限应该是755，现在却是444
chmod 755 /u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0/dbhome_1/lib/libclntsh.so.19.1

重新进行RU升级，正常
