SymptomsASM instance is reporting the following warnings on release 11.2.0.4:

Time drifts can result in an unexpected behavior such as time-outs. Please check trace file for more details.

Cause
This problem is due to the Bug 11837095 - "TIME DRIFT DETECTED" APPEARS INTERMITTENTLY IN ALERT LOG"

Solution1) Please set the next event on the ASM instances to remove the "Warning: VKTM detected a time drift" message:

SQL> alter system set event="10795 trace name context forever, level 2" scope=spfile;


2) Then bounce the ASM instances to implement the event/change.

Note 1: Bug 11837095 - is fixed on release 12c.
Note 2: This warning can be ignored since it harmless.
