ORA-38746: error occurred while restoringdata block (file# string, block# string)

Cause: An error occurred during aFLASHBACK DATABASE command. See

other errors on error stack.

Action: Investigate why the erroroccurred. It may be that the flashback database

log data is corrupt. If so, a restore and an incompleterecovery must be performed

instead.
