SymptomsORA-07445 [kksHeapFreeCbk()+36] [SIGSEGV] has occurred at a final step of shutdown as seen in the alertlog:

CauseThe exact cause is not identified, but possibly unpublished BUG 13655108. See Document 2285590.1 for more details.
Solution

• Apply Patch 13655108

• Ignore error
  

The memory corruption is detected in a final step of shutdown.

The error after "ALTER DATABASE CLOSE NORMAL" does not cause any serious impacts for database.

NOTE: If you fail startup after this error, follow the instructions "Steps for a Clean Startup after an Instance Crash " of Document 1505155.1 OR reboot.
