标题: ORA-22916: cannot do an exact FETCH on a
ORA-22916: cannot do an exact FETCH on a query with Nested cursors
Cause: Exact FETCH on aquery was specified which is not allowed if the query
returns any cursors.
Action: Do not use an exact FETCH.
