标题: ORA-22347: No changes to type specified for
ORA-22347: No changesto type specified for ALTER TYPE
Cause: The ALTER TYPE does not contain any changes to thetype.
Action: Ifany change is required for the type, modify the ALTER TYPE to specify
the change. Else no need for the ALTER.
