标题: ORA-19922: there is no parent row with id
ORA-19922: there isno parent row with id stringand level string
Cause: RMANtried to add a new V$RMAN_STATUS row, but the parent row did
not exist.
Action: Thisis an internal error. Contact Oracle Support.
