标题: ORA-19863: device block size string is larger
ORA-19863: deviceblock size string islarger than max allowed: string
Cause: Theuser specified a device BLKSIZE that is larger than the device
BLKSIZE specified during compressed backup.
Action: Changethe device BLKSIZE to be smaller than the maximum allowed.
