标题: ORA-19733: COMPATIBLE parameter needs
ORA-19733: COMPATIBLEparameter needs to be stringor greater
14-24 OracleDatabase Error Messages
Cause: TheCOMPATIBLE initialization parameter is not high enough to allow the
operation. Allowing the command would make the database incompatible with
the release specified by the current COMPATIBLE parameter.
Action: Shutdownand startup with a higher compatibility setting.
