标题: ORA-19268: XQST0048 - namespace string
ORA-19268: XQST0048 -namespace string doesnot match target namespace string
Cause: Themodule contained a function or variable whose namespace did not
match the target namespace of the module.
Action: Fixthe namespace of the function or variable to match the target
namespace of the module.
