ORA-19264: XQDY0044 -invalid namespace in attribute constructors
Cause: A computed attribute constructor returned a QName thatis in the
pre-defined XML namespace (corresponding to namespace prefix xmlns).
Action: Changethe namespace for the computed attribute constructor.
