ORA-19023: The firstargument to UPDATEXML operator has to be an XMLTYPE
Cause: The first argument passed to the update value operatorwas not an
XMLTYPE.
Action: Rewritethe query so that the first argument to the UPDATEXML operator
is XMLTYPE.
