configurable property values into the database by issuing ALTER SYSTEM or
ALTER DATABASE commands. Typical causes of this error are:
- The values of redo transport-related properties contain syntax syntax errors.
- The value of the LogArchiveTrace property was out of range.
ORA-12700to ORA-19400 13-233 Action: Checkthe Data Guard broker log to see which property has the problem
and set the property to the correct value.
