标题: ORA-16256: Failure to complete standby redo
ORA-16256: Failure to complete standby redo log file archival afterfailover
Cause: The standby redo logfiles processed during the failover of a logical
standby were not archived.
Action: ExecuteDBMS_LOGSTDBY.REBUILD to reattempt the archival.
