标题: ORA-16051: parameter string contains an invalid
ORA-16051: parameter string containsan invalid delay time
Cause: The value for the specified LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n (n =1...31) parameter
contained a DELAY attribute with an invalid numeric value. The valid range is
0-5760 (in minutes).
Action: Correctthe value for the indicated LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n parameter.
