标题: ORA-16003: standby database is restricted
ORA-16003: standbydatabase is restricted to read-only access
Cause: An attempt was made to open a physical standbydatabase in read/write
mode.
Action: Reissuethe ALTER DATABASE OPEN specifying READ ONLY.
