标题: ORA-15298: possible lost disk write detected
ORA-15298: possiblelost disk write detected during crash recovery
Cause: ASM crash recovery read a block who's version wasolder than expected.
Action: None.End users will not see this error. ASM automatically traps this error
and attempts a fallback recovery.
