标题: ORA-15204: database version string is incompatible
ORA-15204: databaseversion string isincompatible with diskgroup string
Cause: Thedatabase compatibility of the diskgroup was advanced to a later
version.
Action: Upgradethe database instance to appropriate version of ORACLE.
