ORA-15088: diskgroupcreation incomplete
Cause: A previous failure during diskgroup creation left thediskgroup in an
inconsistent state.
Action: IssueDROP DISKGROUP ... FORCE INCLUDING CONTENTS to clean
up the failed creation, then re-create the diskgroup.
