标题: ORA-14622: Value string already exists in subpartition
ORA-14622: Value string alreadyexists in subpartition string
Cause: Oneof the list values in the ADD SUBPARTITION or ADD VALUES
statement already exists in another subpartition
Action: Removethe duplicate value from the statement and try again
