标题: ORA-14312: Value string already exists in partition
ORA-14312: Value string alreadyexists in partition string
Cause: Oneof the list values in the ADD PARTITION or ADD VALUES statement
already exists in another partition
Action: Removethe duplicate value from the statement and try again
